FAQ
1. Playing Movies
To play most movies on PersonalClips.com you need Windows Media Player. The format which movies are encoded in provides for the easiest playback that is compatible with 95% of the operating systems. Windows Media Player can be downloaded from http://www.microsoft.com/
Additional Codecs may be required such as DivX http://www.divx.com/

Username/Password
Upon choosing to play a movie you will be asked to enter your username and password. To keep this message from coming back just choose Save Your Password in the Username and Password dialogue.

Movie Quality
Our site relies on real people submitting their movies, who are not professional studios, with lights, cameras and equipment. Quality of every movie is different. However we strive to allow submissions now from only most qualified submitters. Quality has improved with full movies section being made just recently.

Scenes Vs. Full Movies
Reports of seeing just short scenes of every movie come to our editorials every day. When a submitter submits a full movie i.e. over 30 megabytes in length. It is split up into scenes approximately by 12mb each and scenes as well as full movie is put up on movie page. When a submitter submits 30 1mb scenes, we have no way to join them together into a full movie, for this reason only scenes are available on some contributions and full movies on others.

2. Picture Submissons.
Our picture submissions are overfilled with submitters, we are accepting only the best out of what we have at this time. We will be adding 4 new categories to picture categories as soon as possible.

3. Messaging System.
Every submitter who wants comments and or requests leaves their information with us for privacy. You will see a link to Send Message by their submission description.
Submitters are notified by email of a message received. When they respond you will see YOU HAVE NEW MESSAGE in upper left of the main members section.

Messaging System Policies:
The following violations will result in your access to messaging system being revoked:
1. Messaging submitters with your contact information unsolicited by submitter.
2. Sending messages containing rude, or otherwise unfriendly comments. Any objections can be viewed and read in every submitters review.
3. Misuse of the system to spam submitters and members of PersonalClips.

4. Forum Rules
You are allowed to post anything you desire in our forums, in the appropriate forum category. Please keep forum a fun place for all members to enjoy anytime they read.
