I use cock ring often. I prefer rubber or leather with snaps. Metal can be a problem if you need to get it off while you are still erect. Hey you may need to get it off for whatever reason and rubber stretches and snaps you just pull off. If your balls start to hurt take it off. Don't wear them all day hoping to get laid, put it on if you know you are getting laid. If you are not into S&M leave the metal, three rings and crazy types alone

Well... I usually buy heavy rubber rings. They come three to a pack (small, medium, and large). I use the medium one around my whole package and the small one around my balls.
